Versilic® features silicone components for medical use developed and manufactured under GMPS. The site is qualified ISO 9001 and EN 46002. Breathing hoses for respirators and ventilators comply with ISO standards (Certification No. 0231/5367). They are manufactured under a controlled atmosphere and follow the EN46002 Quality System (Certification GMED No. 0231). Versilic® 100% silicone VI Elastomers and is totally glue-free.

Characteristics
Washing and decontamination are facilitated by perfectly smooth internal geometry, which provides very low flow resistance and guarantees perfect cleaning. Wash in pure water, soapy if required. These tubings are very cost effective because they can undergo several steam sterilizations (30 minutes at 134°C) Standard sizes include translucent tubing and connectors. Two types of connectors with different shapes and hardness provide an ideal fitting to equipment. Custom sizes, special colors and lengths, logo branding and custom packaging are available on request for large quantities.
